The Most Complete Offering
The Integrative Therapy Session is Tracey's signature offering — a full two hours dedicated entirely to you, drawing from the full breadth of her training and practice. No two sessions are the same. Each one is shaped by what you bring on the day, held within a thoughtful and unhurried container.
This session is ideal for those who want to work holistically — addressing body, mind and energy in a single, coherent experience — or for those who have tried individual modalities and feel ready for a more integrated approach.
The Modalities
🌿 Intuitive Massage
Full-body bodywork adapted moment by moment to what your body needs — releasing tension and restoring physical ease.
🌀 Energy Work
Reiki-inspired energy balancing to support the body's subtle field, calm the nervous system, and encourage deep release.
🌬 Breathwork
Guided breathing practices to shift emotional states, access deeper layers of experience, and regulate the nervous system.
🗣 Reflection & Coaching
Space for conversation, insight and integration — weaving together the threads of the session into clarity and direction.
How a Session Unfolds
Each session begins with an unhurried conversation — exploring where you are, what you're carrying, and what you need. From there, Tracey guides the session intuitively, moving between modalities as feels most alive and supportive. The closing time is given to integration: rest, reflection, and gentle return.
- Opening conversation and intention-setting
- Body-based work — massage and/or energy balancing
- Breathwork when appropriate
- Reflective conversation and coaching insights
- Integration and closing
A word about integration — After a deep session, the body and mind continue to process for hours or even days. Tracey always allows time at the end of each Integrative Session for this reason, and may offer simple practices to support you in the days that follow.
Who is this for?
The Integrative Therapy Session suits anyone who feels that a single-modality session isn't quite enough — who wants to be met fully, in body, mind and spirit. It is particularly valuable at moments of transition, burnout, grief, or deep fatigue; as a regular practice for those committed to ongoing wellbeing; and for those who are simply curious about what a multi-modality session feels like.
Preparing for Your Session
Arrive with a little extra time, wear comfortable clothing, and try to keep the rest of the day gentle if possible. Hydrate well before and after. Beyond that, nothing is required — simply come as you are.
